Within China, the Bimeda portfolio focuses on companion animals, livestock and horses, with a range of products manufactured in our numerous sites around the world, and with our injections produced locally in our state-of-the art manufacturing facility in Shijiazhuang city. Our quality products are developed to meet the needs of our customers in improving the health of their pets and the productivity of their livestock.

Bimeda China is headquartered in Beijing, where our registration team is based. Our Shanghai office is home to our sales, marketing and procurement teams.
Our new, state-of-the art manufacturing facility is located in Shijiazhuang, and proudly produces sterile injectables which are currently sold within China and Africa.
Bimeda is also part of a joint venture with Shijiazhuang Rainbowlabs pharmaceutical Technology Co. Ltd (Rainbowlabs), which is an FDA-inspected laboratory set up to provide high quality laboratory testing and services to pharmaceutical companies throughout the world. The site is also the location of Bimeda’s regional R&D team in the region, who play a significant role in our global innovation programme.

Manufacturing
The Bimeda facility located in Shijiazhuang, China, is a sterile injectable manufacturing plant, designed and built to the China Human Drug GMP standard. The facility houses a warehouse to store raw materials and finished goods, a sterile injectable product filling line and a full capability laboratory.

Research & Development and Laboratory Testing 
Bimeda is proudly part of a joint venture with Shijiazhuang Rainbowlabs pharmaceutical Technology Co. Ltd (Rainbowlabs), which is an FDA-inspected laboratory set up to provide high quality laboratory testing and services to pharmaceutical companies throughout the world.
Rainbowlabs has received the highest accreditation from the U.S. FDA, Health Canada, ISO and CNAS over the past number of years. With complete release testing, R&D and cGMP auditing capabilities, Bimeda and Rainbow Labs are engaged to the continuous improvement of quality management and productivity for the pharmaceutical industry.
